There was a time when you talked about the universe it was assumed that you where talking about all there is and all there ever will be. But over time, as if the universe was already large enough, they are talking about Multiverse which contains parallel universes, other universes and alternate universes just to name a few.
Even though they keep adding more Universes and different types of realities. There is still only one God although there a different names used for God I prefer to use the names Higher Source, Infinite Source or Spirit depending on the context I am referring to. I am sure no matter the name I use everyone understands that I am referring to God.
Not only do most people believe that there is only one God. They also believe that God is Love and the best way that we can serve God is by loving our neighbor. Although this may be true, I am going to take it one step further. Way would I want to do this because the word love is used so much that it has different meanings to different people.
I believe, and you can take this or leave it, that the best way to serve God is to learn to get into his presence and stay there as much as possible. In the Abraham Hicks teachings he refers to this as being in the vortex others call it being in the Zone. While others refer to this as being filled with the Spirit. I prefer to use being in the Spirit because I can relate to this better considering my Christian background. During those years I learned a lot about being in the Spirit that I still believe in today. Praying in tongues and being filled by the Spirit are the two practices that I still follow.
I love being filled with the Spirit. Whenever I feel I have drifted away, I would send out the intention and take a few deer breaths and just feel the Spirit coming in and filling me with His love. I also spend a lot of time listening to Spiritual teachings on YouTube. I have also loaded my Mp3 player with Spiritual Teachings that I would listen to while at work.
The point I am trying to make here is that once you learn to be in the Zone or in the Vortex or being filled with the Spirit. You will realize that we are all one and when you are in these alternate states there is nothing but Love for God, For yourself and for everyone and everything in the universe.About the Author
